NOTE - Pool Closed 10/27/2025 to 11/1/2025 - Escape to Seacrest Beach—perfectly nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Walk to dining, shopping, and the sugar-white sands of 30A. Relax in luxury and enjoy Florida’s largest private HOA pool! It’s about a 7-minute walk to the private deeded beach and there is a community shuttle that goes to the beach and back often.
The first floor is an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen and laundry. From the laundry room you can access the back screened-in porch and the beautiful green space, cornhole boards and the walkway to the pool. The powder room is located on the hallway for easy access. Down the hallway you will find the Master Bedroom with a comfortable King Bed, sitting area and a work space. There is also a private door going out to the screened-in porch.The en-suite Bathroom has dual vanities, a free-standing tub, walk-in shower & water closet.
Upstairs on the second floor are 2 additional bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill Bathroom (separate vanity areas, shared tub/shower & toilet.) One has a Queen Bed and the other a Queen Bed + Twin over Twin Bunk Bed.
The Third floor is an open loft space with an additional Queen Bed, Nintendo Switch, X-Box, plenty of fun games and a private balcony.

Peaceful. From the whites, tans, and gentle blues of the interior decor, to the comfortable beds and furniture, to the quiet surroundings, our experience was peaceful. Everything you need is within walking g distance, including a small, local grocery, a wine and spirits shop, a dozen restaurants and more shops, the beach, and of course a few pools. We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend.
Amazing place!!! Everything was so beautiful and clean and Travis and Sharyn were extremely kind and helpful. Great location walkable to everything. We will definitely be back!
Wonderful Last-Minute Anniversary Getaway! We booked a last-minute trip for our anniversary, and our host was absolutely amazing, quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. The location in Seacrest Beach was perfect, nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful 30A beaches. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing, romantic stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Great stay! We loved the ease of the location. Very close to the pool and the tram to the beach. Loved riding bikes (rented separately) to eat every day! You could walk, too! Very close to Rosemary beach main area. Plenty of room and everything we needed!
