Nice place, good location. A little noisy when someone overhead has kids, but that’s always a risk you take with a first-floor apartment. Convenient parking right by the door. Lots of games and toys, and well equipped throughout. The host is generous with supplies, and she provided a nice welcome gift. Very responsive to calls and/or messages. Extra charge for cleaning (we brought pets) was a bit of an unpleasant surprise, since it was not mentioned in the listing. The extra charge was not unreasonable, though, nor more than some other locations charge. I just think it should be disclosed in the listing. All in all, a nice place to stay.

Came for Edisto triathlon. Easy drive to race. Cozy place with a great deck (a few gnats and the thoughtful host left bug spray, but didnt really need it). Table top video games, books, etc for downtime. Really peaceful and comfy! My new go to in Edisto
